Based on the idea of layers of clothing offering varying levels of protection, the SOD range also offers a number of articles defined as HYBRID so as to offer the greatest choice possible as regards the configuration and treatment of the material depending on the mission profile.

• 1° Layer
  Light weight and medium weight underwear. These base layers keep the skin dry and ensure comfort in hot to very hot temperatures. The special ergonomic, seamless design makes for an exceptional fit, focusing breathability where needed and protecting the more sensitive areas. The antibacterial treatment prevents the formation of mould and unpleasant dours caused by intensive aerobic activity. Available in the standard or FR versions.
  
  
• 2° Layer
  Additional underwear to wear over the first layer in cooler conditions. Ensures the removal of sweat and vapour caused by aerobic activity. The special ergonomic, seamless design makes for an exceptional fit, focusing breathability where needed and protecting the more sensitive areas. The antibacterial treatmentprevents the formation of mould and unpleasant odours caused by sweat. Available in the standard or FR versions.
  
  
• 3° Layer
  Climatic barrier. The third layers are used to regulate and maintain body temperature in cold conditions. By absorbing sweat and vapour from the layers next to the skin this layer keeps the skin warm and dry. The fabric is elasticised, giving a comfortable, warm feeling even in the coldest outside temperatures. Available in the standard or FR versions.
  
  
• 4° Layer
  Combat gear. This is the BDU layer. Available in a host of patterns and colour ways this layer can be configured in various types of fabric, depending on the mission profile. Guarantees resistance and protection for all parameters depending on the various models. Available in various FR and other fabrics.
  
  
• 5° Layer
  Soft shell. This is the layer to be worn directly over the BDU and offers protection from unexpected or slightly inclement weather. Recommended for situations where there may be sudden changes of temperature this layer provides protection from the outside and great breathability on the inside. The various designs available depending on the mission profile ensure the comfort of the wearer.
  
  
• 6° Layer
  Waterproof. This layer is designed to protect from heavy rain. Thanks to the sheath used, the dedicated zips and heat welded seams this range offers the maximum in terms of absolute protection from rain and wind. Various designs and colour ways available depending on the mission profile.
  
  
• 7° Layer
  Protection from extreme cold. This combination offers protection and heats the body in critically cold conditions. While maintaining the breathability needed to prevent sweat from condensing on the inside, these articles are designed to guarantee protection and comfort in extremely cold conditions. Available in various weights and designs as requested and depending on the mission profile.
  
  
• Hybrid
  Special range of multipurpose articles which can be worn in different positions from the layered clothing. These articles are available in various designs, and in FR or other versions. Custom. Special custom sections available or to be agreed directly on the basis of requirements of the unit.
